Bovina Valley Farm began its journey in 2000 when Dan Finn purchased a defunct dairy farm in Delhi, NY. What started out as a hobby morphed into an organic dairy with 30 cows.

Cowbella products can be found online and in a variety of shops and restaurants local to Delhi, as well as in the NYC metro area. Being in proximity to NYC and having the farm lie in the watershed helped the farm succeed. They make food for you the way they make it for their own family – using only wholesome ingredients and recipes passed down through seven generations.

Buying local allows you to truly support practices that you want to see in how your food is produced. When the "get big or get out" mentality took over farming, they stayed their course.
